In the Serra de Tramuntana, nature has created unique beauty spots that are essential to understanding Mallorca. Landscapes that have become an island emblem, like the peninsula of Sa Foradada, the beach of Sa Calobra, the Torrent de Pareis canyon, the dramatic cliffs of Formentor, the singular upwelling of water at Ses Fonts Ufanes in Campanet.

Through this walking program, we intend to explore the entire Serra de Tramuntana.  It will include an exceptional walk - El Camino del Faro (lighthouse) de Formentor – which is not specifically in the Serra but is a route of sheer beauty.

The Serra is situated along the North coast of Mallorca.  It is a mountainous region, steep and precipitous, with the island's highest peaks.  A region steeped in culture, its landscape honed & developed by man over many centuries. It was declared a protected area in 2011.
